Mountaineer Coffee opened its doors on Broadway Avenue with a simple conviction: that a small-town coffee shop could hold its ground against anywhere in the country. Not through trends or gimmicks, but through an uncompromising focus on quality — from the farm gate to the final pour.
We source our beans from cooperatives that practice sustainable agriculture and pay fair prices. Our roaster is small enough to adjust by the gram and large enough to develop complex flavor profiles that would be impossible at industrial scale. Every batch is cupped, scored, and logged before it ever touches your cup.
Our bakery program bakes fresh daily — sourdough croissants, seasonal fruit tarts, and savory options that pair as thoughtfully as our coffee. This is a place built for regulars and first-timers alike.
